It is obvious that you really do not understand the needs of the senior one of the main reasons that a senior would take a Reverse Mortgage is the piece of mind of knowing that they have security should they ever need it in the future you need to look at the stats of what is important to seniors before you make a statement The one thing I agree with it is not for everyone but most want to stay in the home they have live in for years
